Going somewhere just to see what’s there.
Endeavour2Explore is about getting out into the world, seeking new horizons, discovering places and stories, and remembering that sometimes the best reason to go somewhere is simply to see what’s there.
The U.S.S. Kusanagi provides the command ship and a little Star Trek-inspired framework for the journey — a shell of imagination wrapped around something very real.
The places are real. The journeys are real. The experiences are real.
Along the way there will be photographs, stories, Captain’s Logs, places worth returning to, destinations still waiting beyond the horizon, and whatever unexpected discoveries happen along the way.
Kusanagi won’t always travel alone. The I.K.S. Qu’In ‘an bortaS, House He’nej, and perhaps eventually a few friends and fellow explorers have their own place in the expedition.
This isn’t about pretending to live in the future. It’s about borrowing a little of its optimism — the belief that there is still something out there worth discovering, and that the best way to find it is to just … go.
